Exchange and return


The following must be available for the replacement or refund of your order:

The customer must inform us of their desire for replacement or refund within (7) days from the date of receiving the order.

The product to be returned or replaced must be in its original condition.

Returned or replaced products must be sent back to the main warehouse. If the customer is within or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and wishes to return or replace the product based on their preference, they are responsible for the full shipping costs.

In case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon receiving the product within 7 days, the product will be replaced without shipping costs, and the product box must be provided during the replacement.

We will begin the refund process immediately upon receiving the order, and we will send you a confirmation via email. Therefore, please wait for 7-14 days from the product shipment date for the refund to be credited to your account.


Refund Process:


When canceling or refunding an order, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 1 to 14 business days. The timeframe depends on the payment method used and the bank's policies regarding reverse transactions and refunding funds to the account.
