Delays may occur due to failure to respond to the delivery person, incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or during peak periods, where delivery may be delayed for up to 6 business days.
Smaller cities or villages are delivered through branches or according to the availability of a delivery person in a specific area of the same city or village.
Shipping outside of Saudi Arabia is to all world countries through international shipping companies. Shipping costs are determined on the purchase page before payment.
It is important to note that the destination country may impose customs duties. Customs duties are not included in our shipping fees. Please be aware of this, as orders cannot be returned or refunded if the reason is non-payment of customs duties or if incorrect information is provided.
